At Cratejoy, we want you to love your discoveries, but we understand that sometimes a box might not be the right fit. Our policy allows you to request returns or replacements for damaged or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery.
Contact the Seller
Log into your Cratejoy account and use the 'Contact Seller' button on your subscriptions page to initiate a return request directly with the boutique merchant.
Awaiting Approval
The seller will review your request and provide a return authorization and shipping instructions if the item meets their specific shop return criteria.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the items in their original packaging and use the provided shipping label or address to send the parcel back to the merchant.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once the merchant receives and inspects the returned items, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
